Most tickets are shipped within days of your order placement. Though, because of printing schedules set by ticket outlets, teams and performers, tickets may not be shipped until closer to the event date. You select the delivery method the tickets will be shipped, not when they will be shipped.
UpClose Ticket Source uses FedEx for all ticket shipments. A package tracking number will be provided to you upon request. The following FedEx shipment choices are available:
2 day service $14.95
Standard overnight $19.95
Priority overnight $24.95
Saturday service $29.95
International service $40.00 (may vary by destination)
All guaranteed deliveries are from the shipment date and not the order placement date.
FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box. If the billing address on your order is a PO Box, you will need to provide a street address for delivery. FedEx shipments cannot be rerouted from the address on your order.
Ticketfast is an alternative delivery method available on some orders. Ticketfast tickets are not printed by the box office or venue. They may be printed by the recipient or delivered via email or FedEx. If emailed, instructions will be included.
If the FedEx shipment is Lost completely, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. When possible, UpClose Ticket Source will replace the original tickets with similar or better tickets instead of a refund.
